Abstract
Richard James Allen, from Australia, and Karen Pearlman, from Missouri, founded the dance production company, That Was Fast, in New York City in 1985. They became the artistic directors of Tasdance, an Australian educational dance company, in early 1995.

The collection contains three promotional kits with flyers, programs, photographs, and photocopies of newspaper articles about the Australian That Was Fast dance team's performances Blue cities and What to name your baby; videos of their performances; poetry books; announcements of their performance at Penn State in 1994; press and publicity related to readings. film screenings, publications, and performances; and documentation for the book they edited, Performing the Unnameable: An Anthology of Australian Performance Texts.
